Introduction：
Our group is studying the digital currency Drex, which will be released in Brazil in 2020. With the development of time and the continuous upgrading and changes of technological innovation, more and more countries are now turning to digital economy and finance. Digital currency is gradually becoming a trend of economic development in China. The issuance of digital currency can not only create new economic value for the economic and financial fields but also create different conveniences and security for people's livelihoods and government. For the economic sector, digital currency can stimulate economic growth. According to research data from BOC Bank in Canada, after the introduction of digital currency, the economies of Canada and the United States grew by 0.64% and 1.6% respectively. (2023) That is to say, for the economy, digital currency has played a positive stimulating role in the development of the economy.
However, in the process of research and development, distribution, and future development trends, they should be considered in the initial stage. So, our group will explore the situation of Brazil's digital currency issuance from various perspectives such as its economy, policies, historical background, and technological development, as well as the challenges and opportunities that Brazil will face when issuing digital currency. Finally, we will explore and study the future development trends of digital currency in Brazil based on its current situation.
We will have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Brazil's current economic situation from multiple perspectives such as GDP, labour market, and trade policies. I hope to gain a better understanding of Brazil's economic situation through our in-depth research and exploration. In the second part, we will delve into the impact and impact of the epidemic on the Brazilian economy from the perspective of the epidemic. To have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Brazil's economy. In the third part, we will comprehensively understand the technological level and development situation of Brazil from the perspective of technology. And understand the technologies involved in the issuance and development process of digital currencies.
